According to latest announce from Paypal Thailand last week. Thai freelancers and artists will no longer have personal account to got paid in early of 2022. The Business account is only option to received money from outside of the kingdom via Paypal .But the business account also garbage that charged more fee and can not support mass payout service anymore (Patreon, Gumroad , Fanbox,Photo stock, and other crowd funding). So, the commission slots will closed after the end of 2021 until I got an alternative solution that can found my customers. (I already has Payoneer but rarely recommend by commissioners ) I hope that it's not the end of Thai freelance artists.

This is beyond dumb since the official source material can justify that by the X792 design which is what this art used her age is far beyond 17 technically 25 here but if we ignore the timeskip she is at least 19. I have to say Deviant Art is dumb beyond belief and should do some research before they try to justify their policies!!
